Our Team
Our Institute is a multidisciplinary team, brought together by the expertise of two professionals with extensive experience and certificates in Security and Digital Technology, respectively:
On one hand, the Director of the Professional Security School at the Securitas Institute, who has more than ten years of experience in developing preparation courses for ASIS International exam certifications.
On the other hand, the Chief Learning Officer of Red Qualitas, a Global Microsoft Partner, has designed digital platforms and managed them integrally in outstanding regional projects.
Hernado Hernandez, CPP
Academic Coordinator
Hernando has a multidisciplinary education profile, multiple security experiences in different countries' public and private sectors, and coordinates experts for our Diplomas. He has a Management and Administration Degree, a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources at the ORT University, and studies in Sociology and Organized Crime.
He is a retired military officer with experience in drug trafficking in LATAM and Africa as a UN Observer and Director of the Professional School of Security of the SECURITAS Institute, a Preferred Training Provider of ASIS International.
Alberto Aunchayna
Chief Learning Officer
Alberto is the Chief Learning Officer of Red Qualitas, a Global Microsoft Partner and our Organization. He is a consultant, teacher, and researcher with over 25 years of experience. He has a master's degree in e-Learning: New Technologies for e-Learning (University of Seville, Spain), a specialization in Metadata and its Application in Resource Description, and a postgraduate degree in e-Learning Standards and Specifications (University of Salamanca, Spain), a postgraduate degree in E-Business (University of Belgrano, Argentina) holds the international Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification.
Fernando Chirulo
Virtual Classroom Technical Tutor
Fernando is a senior consultant with more than 15 years of experience and an expert in solutions based on the eLearning modality. He is responsible for the virtual training LMS platform QL365 and QLTeams in the ecosystem of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams. He has been distinguished by the Faculty of Education Sciences of the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic for his work in the service of education and by the Center for Educational Innovation of the Universidad Mariano Gálvez in Guatemala for the development of his work in the field of artificial intelligence.
Carolina Rodriguez
Digital Marketing Expert
Carolina is a seasoned Digital Marketing Expert with an adynamic professional background. She holds a Meta Community Manager certification from Meta Blueprint, further complemented by Advanced Google Analytics certification from Google and SEO Foundations certification from LinkedIn. Her comprehensive skill set encompasses SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and Analytics. Carolina has successfully spearheaded impactful digital campaigns, contributing to substantial business growth for various organizations, including her instrumental role in projects with Amanda Benson INC.
Leticia Di Maggio
Administrative Department
Leticia has a degree in Nutrition from the Public University. She has skills in using software and technology. She has been an expert in Call Center and customer service in the Public Security Sector since 2006 at the Central Hospital of the Ministry of Defense of Uruguay. Leticia plays a key role in e-learning, by making direct contact with the interested parties, to advise them on the Diplomas suitable for their profile, and acts as a link between students, Technical and Academic Tutors and our Digital Marketing Expert

ASIS International Professional Standard Board Director. With 20 other Managing Members from all Continents, this body is responsible for developing security standards in liaison with ISO and ANSI.

Past President of Chapter 284 Montevideo Uruguay, current ARVP (Assistant to the Regional Vice President), for Region 8C for Uruguay and President of ASIS Association of Security Professionals of Uruguay. Óscar is a renowned international speaker on emergency and business continuity issues.

Crio. Gral ( R ) Jhony Diego
Jhony is the current Vice Chief of Police of Uruguay and an expert Criminalist. He has a Postgraduate Degree from the University of Granada, Spain, and a Master's in Forensic Anthropology. He teaches at the “Universidad Catolica del Uruguay” (UCUDAL) and “Universidad de la Empresa” (UDE).
